It'll be a fun and casual event to discuss and wind down from the day's work, along with a panel discussion on an interesting and relevant fintech-related topic.

This time, we'll be talking about how to build and grow your ideal fintech team. Specifically, we'll talk about:

• Tips on how to grow your fintech team in Edinburgh and Scotland
• How to retain top talent (and what to think about before scaling)
• How to make sure there's no such thing as a bad job
• Top lessons learnt when scaling a fintech team

We'll be hearing from a fantastic panel including a CEO with experience building and growing multiple fintech teams, an employee who's worked at a fintech company for over 7 years and a consultant with extensive experience recruiting for top fintech companies.

The event is open to all brand-side fintech founders, leaders and people interested in the fintech industry, and our existing partners.
