The main event of GenerationS will traditionally have a format of a large-scale technology show and unite dozens of entrepreneurs, Russian and foreign investors, corporate representatives and other members of the innovation ecosystem.
The 35 best start-ups of GenerationS-2017 in the fields of energy, metallurgy, fashion and media, agriculture, advanced production, financial technologies and dual-use technologies will present their projects to a wide audience and compete for participation in the final pitches. The key event of the finals will be presentations by seven final teams - one from each industry track. The expert jury will select three winners who will share the grand prix - 16 million rubles.
The most promising projects will be able to discuss further cooperation with the partners of the accelerator - Microsoft, Faberlic, СTC Media, PJSC VimpelCom, Saturn, Voentelecom, RosElectronics, PJSC Ilyushin Aviation Complex, RT-Business Development ", Krastsvetmet and R&D Park, EFKO Group company, GC" NMGK company group and others.

The GenerationS-2016 resulted in more than 50 deals concluded between technology entrepreneurs, corporations and investors. The graduates of GenerationS carried out over 30 pilot projects with accelerator partners to test business ideas and production processes. The total amount of money invested in GenerationS graduates is 2.39 billion rubles.
RVC has been running GenerationS since 2013. In 2017 technology startups from 13 countries submitted 3470 applications for participation in GenerationS. Over 100 startups, which were selected through a multistage examination, underwent a saturated training program. During the accelerator the participants work out with corporations individual roadmaps for their projects, visit industrial facilities of industrial partners, complete international courses, special trainings on key topics of tech-up development.

GenerationS - the largest start-up accelerator in Russia and Eastern Europe, the federal platform for the development of corporate acceleration tools. It has been held by RVC since 2013. More than 20 Russian and international corporations, in whose interests the selection and acceleration of startups is carried out, become every year Industrial partners of GenerationS. As a result of the multi-stage examination, the GenerationS participants receive ample opportunities for business development and investment promotion and get access to resources and infrastructure of accelerator partners. In 2017, 3470 applications from 13 countries were submitted for participation in GenerationS. The prize fund of the GenerationS final in 2018 will amount to RUB 16 million.
RVC is the Russian government’s fund of funds and the development institute of national venture industry. The RVC’s main objectives are to stimulate the growth of national venture investment industry and to function as a Project Office for the National Technology Initiative (NTI).
