A software suite for voice verification based on LINUX OS. Integrated with the main phone and recording systems (Avaya, Cisco, Genesis).
Robin functions in the following way:
1) When a customer calls the contact center of any organization, for example, bank, his voice is recorded and a reference pattern is created.
2) When a customer calls for the second time, the procedure is repeated and a new pattern is compared with the first one.
3) Contact center operator gets the verification result. CNN algorithm is used to create a pattern based on the end to end principle, and cosine proximity measure is used to compare which allows for reaching high quality at high work speed.
