Innovation handling guidebook
The GenerationS Corporate Accelerator presents the first practical guide for corporate innovation development. The guidebook consists of the following parts:
- learning the existing types of corporate innovation and defining what “innovation” means for your company;
- developing innovation: the starting point;
- what is the innovation strategy in business and what factors need to be taken into account when developing it;
- types of organizational models of innovation management and how to define a model that would suit a certain company.
Of course there is no universal “recipe” for corporate innovation, and success depends on many factors, both external and internal. However, we collected the most successful practices, methods and frameworks for handling innovation that have proven to be effective. Studying them will be a great contribution to the initial stage of innovation implementation and help develop a vision and a strategy for managing innovation at a corporation.
