Goals:

Goals:

  • Find tech projects that fit Airbus requirements for selected for the BizLab acceleration

Results:

  • 214 projects gathered
  • 1 project was ranked among the top-15 globally and got selected for the BizLab accelerator in Toulouse

SCOUTING FOR PROJECTS
Enel call for the technological projects

Goals:

  • Find and select technology projects in the field of energy and sustainable development at the stage of "prototype" or finished product
  • Choose the best projects for presentation of the solution to the top management of Enel Group and possible further cooperation

Results:

  • 185 startups have applied for participation in the selection
  • 65 cities in Russia, Kazakhstan, Finland, USA, Armenia, Singapore, Germany, Denmark and others covered
  • 151 project passed the GenerationS external expertise
  • 5 projects presented their technological solutions to representatives of Enel Group business lines during a face-to-face pitch session in Rome
SCOUTING FOR PROJECTS
Call for innovative projects in collaboration with Ferring Pharmaceuticals

Goals:

  • Explore Russian and CIS biotech market to assess quantity and quality of research and find promising products and solutions with scientific and commercial potential
  • Provide support for most promising projects in reproductive health and fertility, accelerate their development

Results:

  • More than 70 applications from Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Uzbekistan and India assessed
  • 8 most promising teams shortlisted for final selection by experts
  • Recognized specialists in the field of reproductive medicine, prominent representatives of science and business took part in the final evaluation
  • Winning team received 10,000 euros for the development of its technology (unique media for ovarian tissue vitrification)
CORPORATE ACCELERATOR
Michelin

Goals:

  • Find and implement new products in Michelin businesses that will improve the lives of truckers on the road

Results:

  • 190 project teams from 54 cities in Russia, CIS, Estonia, India and USA took part in the competition
  • 10 projects were shortlisted for Selection day before acceleration program
  • 2 projects underwent an intensive three-week training and were able to adapt their products to Michelin’s needs
  • 1 project launched paid pilot with Michelin

Goals:

  • Find and select best technological projects, which correspond to the predefined criteria
  • Increase involvement of Alrosa employees in innovation

Results:

  • 265 startups applied
  • 56 cities from Russia, Kazachstan, Belarus, Latvia, Germany, England, Canada, USA, Australia covered
  • 13 projects were finalists in the selection process
  • 5 projects were included in roadmap of development of business units of Alrosa
  • Apart from startups, 6 applications received from company’s employees

Goals:

  • Transfer knowledge and experience to program participants, which allows the Bank to more effectively develop its work with startups
  • Prepare the Bank to work with startups within the GenerationS acceleration program framework
  • Improve the efficiency of innovation processes

Results:

  • Visits were made to various companies, organizations and technoparks that make up the innovation systems of Israel and Singapore. More than 10 meetings were held in each location.
  • Received ideas about building processes within the Bank for working with external innovations
  • High involvement by the Bank's employees in innovative processes – 12 projects were selected within the acceleration program framework for launching pilots
Technology scouting
Search and integration of technology solutions at the Krastsvetmet R&D Park.

Goals:

  • Find technological projects for further development based on the R&D Park.

Results:

  • in March 2016, the R&D Park of JSC Krastsvetmet was created with support from GenerationS Accelerator;
  • 2 startups, selected by the company according to the GenerationS-2016 results, have become residents of the R&D Park.
