Aerospace Track to Take Part in Moscow Aviation & Space Salon
Startup presentations in front leading industry experts as part of the Aerospace track of GenerationS 2015 accelerator will take place at the Eurasian Aviation and Space Congress to be held under the official business program of the Moscow Aviation & Space Salon (MASS 2015).
On August 24, Moscow will host the session of presentation of startups that have been selected to the corporate accelerator GenerationS Aerospace. More than 30 startups will present their innovative projects to leading experts in engineering, aviation, and space industries. The projects were selected by technical and business experts by results of 8 online training courses. The projects have shown progress in understanding and transformation of their initial idea for the needs of the venture market and corporate partners of the track. The partners of the Aerospace track were Saturn RPE, Russian Space Systems, RSC Energia, Salyut, SSAU, and others.
At the presentation session of the Eurasian Aviation & Space Congress, these projects will be presented to the leading industry experts – the heads of innovation departments of public and private companies. The experts will assess the prospects for implementation of the projects in related or other technological sectors. The following companies will be involved in assessment: Rostec Corporation, United Engine Corporation, Russian Helicopters, United Aviation Corporation, Safran Group (France), etc., as well as experts of the Skolkovo Foundation and other development instituts.
The way of development of the modern innovative entrepreneurship is an issue raising much interest among participants in the Eurasian Aviation & Space Congress. The Congress is one of the key events of the Moscow Aviation and Space Salon (MASS) 2015 held Zhukovsky airfield, Moscow, in August 25 to 29. The purpose of the Congress is: strengthening of cooperation between industrial and research enterprises of the aerospace industry, prospects for international cooperation, and interaction between public and private management elite and the expert community. In 2015 the global topic of the Congress is strategic changes in the global aerospace industry - new management challenges and opportunities. Key tracks of the Congress:
- New approaches to improve management practices in the aerospace industry;

- Efficient interaction between industrial science and industry;
- Innovation management in the aerospace industry;

The innovative component of the projects selected by experts of the GenerationS Aerospace track is a technological solution to applied and global challenges in development of the aerospace industry, which directly corresponds to the tracks and topics of the Eurasian Aviation & Space Congress and MASS 2015.
The Congress and a series of presentation sessions will be held at Radisson Royal Hotel, Congress Park, Bldg. 6, 2/1 Kutuzovsky Avenue, Moscow. It will begin at 9:00, August 24.
