Kazan Will Become a Capital of Oil and Gas Innovations

Experts will work with specially selected developers' teams from the whole country during the whole month. The program stipulates: master classes, presentations for investors and meeting with leading oil and gas companies from Tatarstan. Pulsar Venture Capital Fund became the operator of accelerating program and Tatneftekhimimvest-holding became its corporate partner. RVC is an organizer of GenerationS accelerator since 2013.

Oil&Gas track will open the doors for 10 participants having passed the online preparation program within GenerationS, the largest accelerator in Russia. The teams were selected from 250 oil and gas projects from the whole country. The program shall start on September 1 in Idea technological park.

The participation of projects in Tatarstan Oil and gas Chemical Forum will be an important accelerator event. The projects at the presentation sessions of acceleration program will be presented to directors and owners of public and private companies as well as to branch experts.

GenerationS for startups is an acceleration program, getting of skills for keeping the technological business, possibility to perfect its product in close interaction with potential corporate customer, to establish contacts in the corporate, investor and expert environment, to increase the business potential and iinvestment attractiveness of its project. The accelerator has been held by RVC since 2013 and supported by Russian corporations, development institutes, venture infrastructure representatives. Since 2015 resources of GenerationS have been used to create corporate and industrial accelerators in close cooperation with large Russian corporations. Corporations directly participate in GenerationS participants' project selection, expert examination and acceleration on the basis of their need for innovation solutions. The search for innovative projects is being conducted through the regional partner network of GenerationS, uniting startup schools, accelerators, universities and other participants of an innovative ecosystem, working with startups.

GenerationS-2015 is held in seven acceleration areas (tracks): Power&Energy (modern power generation technologies), Telecom Idea (telecommunication technologies), AeroSpace (air space industry technologies), SmartCity (life technologies, smart city), Oil&Gas (oil and gas industry technologies and materials), BioTechMed (biotechnologies and medicine).
