An International Nomination for Participants of GenerationS-2015 Is Established

A special nomination called Finlanding of the Russian-Finnish program of supporting hi-tech companies in reaching the global markets is established as part of the MOCT project with the furtherance of the Ministry of Economy and Employment of Finland.

The project’s partners are The Government Agency Promoting Foreign Investments "Invest in Finland", the "Rubicon" project providing support for Russian investors and companies in Finland and the consortium of Finnish organizations of business support "Team Finland". Projects participating in Biotechmed and Telecom Idea directions are considered to participate in the nomination.

During the nomination, the jury of the Finnish experts, business gurus and startup mentors will be rating products’ or innovative solutions’ international competitiveness, concentration on export markets, quality of teams and promotion strategies. The jury will choose one or two winners in every direction. The winner will receive mentors' support for 6 months in development of international business.

Individual prize includes consultations and trainings with business mentors, participating in leading Finland's accelerators, contacting with potential partners and customers, negotiations with venture capital funds, taking part in sectoral trade fairs and seminars in Finland.

A special bonus is freely participating in the biggest event for startups in Northern Europe "Slush" (11-12 November 2015), including access to a VIP-event with leading European venture capital funds involved.
