All applications were evaluated by technical and business experts as well as by the representatives of Moscow Exchange, PJSC and the QIWI Company, which are the industrial partners of the Finance & Banking Technologies track. After the evaluation process, all the applications were verified by the Bank of Russia for their compliance with the Competition criteria such as: innovativeness of the offered products or services in the field of financial technologies, the ability to implement them under the existing regulatory framework or specific proposals for its amendment, mainly electronic interaction of suppliers and consumers through the use of modern information technologies.

The qualified start-ups will be presented to a wide range of financial market participants during the Finopolis-2016 Forum in the FinTech-start-up Walk and as pitch sessions to the authoritative jury. The winners that take the first, second and third places will receive cash grants of three, two and one million rubles, respectively. In addition, mentors from among the market leaders will work with them: a co-founder and managing partner of the Almaz Capital investment fund Alexander Galitsky, senior vice president of digital business development of Sberbank of Russia Mikhail Ehrenburg as well as the founder and chairperson of the Board of Directors at Finam investment holding company Viktor Remsha.
