“Representatives of EFKO do not limit themselves to the resources of their own R&D department but use various “open innovation” tools. It is the third time that the Corporation launches a process of search for new developments through GenerationS. As a result of this work, EFKO has already built close cooperation with many accelerator graduates. I’m sure that projects presented by the participants of GenerationS-2017 will also demonstrate a great potential for the implementation in the production and business processes of the corporation”, said Mikhail Antonov, Deputy CEO and Director for Innovative Infrastructure Development at RVC JSC.

“For EFKO Group, permanent search and implementationof innovative products is a strategic goal. Therefore, we see the mission of our R&D center as the development of world-class technologies to ensure Russia's food security through the development of potential of talented Russian researchers. So far, the Center's scientists have completed more than 20 R&D projects, three of which are implemented in industrial production, and two are at the implementation stage. But this is just the beginning, now we are preparing for the creation of new innovative business lines and key asset for the development in this sphere are talented people passionate about their work. Based on our previous experience of cooperation with Accelerator GenerationS of RVC JSC, we are sure that it is one of the most effective tools to attract such specialists to the company's business”, says Tatyana Sanina, General Director of Biryuch-NT Innovation Center.

The winner will learn about the production cycle of EFKO Group and receive an individual "roadmap" for project development prepared jointly with managers of the "Biryuch-Novye Tekhnologii" Innovation Center. On its premises, the team will finalize the business model, estimate the risks and opportunities, build a sales system and prepare the product for the market launch.
