12 start-ups will participate in the GenerationS' TechNet track

In Moscow, an on-site try-out of projects for “Creative” track of “GenerationS”, the largest accelerator in Russia and Eastern Europe under the auspices of “RVC”, has taken place. Track co-organizers — NTI TechNet task force, Industrial partner — UEC-Saturn PJSC and Investment partner — "RT-Bisuness Development" — selected 12 projects for "Factory of the Future".

In 2017, 399 applications for participation in TechNet track from the entrepreneurs in the field of digital design and modelling, additive technologies, industrial internet, sensor systems, robotics, CNC-technologies were submitted. Based on the results of the distance expertise, 40 teams from 24 cities of Moscow and Leningrad regions, Volga region, Republic of Buryatia and Republic of Komi, Western Siberia, Ural, and Krasnodar region were invited to attend Bootcamp where they worked on the presentations together with the experts and presented their developments to the partners.

BASED ON THE RESULTS, 12 PROJECTS BECAME PARTICIPANTS OF THE ON-SITE ACCELERATOR:

VR Concept, software platform of collaboration interactive remote work;
Production of new class multifunctional stabilizers
FDM ver 2.0, a software and hardware complex to control products quality;
Development of the material life-cycle management system
STYLUS-KIM, manual portable automated measuring system;
Software-hardware complex for an autonomous robotic assembly site;
Smart temperature converter with the extended information properties;
Increase of wear resistance in heavy duty parts by ultrasonic strengthening processing;
Uniqbot SPP, 3D prototyping system using the hybrid polymer materials;
Heat-carrying polymer composites;
synchronized intermittent mandatory ventilation, desiccant substance;
LAB 365, laboratory processes management.

"TechNet track is aimed at solving tasks of the corporate customer — EUC-Saturn PJSC and NTI TechNet market. Accelerator program offers to innovators an opportunity to look at their projects through the prism of market in necessity to adjust its technical or commercial part", Ekaterina Petrova says.

"This year, we will develop the components that will make it possible to take the project from prototype stage to the industrial production. It is expected to shift the program focus to the work with the region — colleagues will come not only to UEC-Saturn, but also see production processes of the other Yaroslavl enterprises. It will help them evaluate their technology cross-market capacity. Separate time will be devoted to work with Corporation of SME Development in the Yaroslavl region where the projects will be able to "Land" their solutions on the territory of a definite region", Dmitry Ivanov says.

UEC-Saturn accepts purchase of technological solutions that will pass through the acceleration program and adaptation at the test arena, as well as purchase of shares in the projects through the Roctec funds. Start-ups — track finalists can also be included in the NTI TechNet project register.

GenerationS — the major start-up accelerator in Russia and Eastern Europe, the federal corporate platform to develop acceleration tools. It has been held by RVC since 2013. Over 20 Russian companies, interested in selecting and accelerating start-ups, become industrial partners to GenerationS on an annual basis. As a result of the multi-stage examination, the GenerationS participants receive ample opportunities for business development and investment promotion as well as access to resources and infrastructure of accelerator partners. In 2017 alone, 3,470 applications from 13 countries were submitted to participate in GenerationS.
