GTLK and GenerationS Launch the Accelerator for Innovative Projects in the Transportation Sector
GTLK, Russia’s major leasing company, launches the corporate accelerator for innovative projects in the transportation sector based on GenerationS, which is a platform for development of corporate acceleration from RVC. The best projects will participate in 3-month the acceleration program and will be able to launch pilot projects in partnership with the major transportation sector companies as well as InfoWatch Group of Companies and VEB.RF.
The accelerator is aimed at promoting the transportation industry evolution by providing support to the projects, which technologies may be used in designing, production and operation of different vehicles - air, water, rail, passenger and cargo land transport, trucks and special equipment – and in implementation of infrastructure transport projects. Projects with the functional prototype may take part in the selection.
The search for startups will be carried out in Russia, EEC, the Persian Gulf countries, South Eastern Asia, in Singapore and Israel – in recognized globally innovation development centers.
Participants may propose their projects in one or several topics:
- Industry 4.0 and new production technologies in transport engineering
- Unmanned vehicles
- Power efficient transport
- Vehicle lifecycle management
- Transport security
- Digitalization and cyber security
- Transport infrastructure development
- Leasing business
The projects that will pass the selection stage may participate in the acceleration program and will work on their product with support of the industry’s leading experts. The best teams will be able to launch paid pilot projects to test and check the working parameters of their concepts, together with Russia’s major transport and industrial companies. They will be also able to take part in the National Technology Initiative for further promotion and development on different markets.
The accelerator’s partners will provide advisory support by taking part in the acceleration program as mentors or project experts and they will provide the sites for projects pilots in their production areas. For instance, experts from InfoWatch Group of Companies will be involved in cyber security and digitalization projects; VEB.RF experts will provide advisory and methodological support to the selected projects, facilitate scaling up the innovative developments and estimate the market entry.
