Russian IT-sector against sucntions

In the current economic situation state support for Russian IT companies has become more relevant than ever. As part of the Digital Economy national program, 62 support measures are being provided. Largely thanks to it, by the beginning of June, the number of accredited IT companies in Russia reached 28,000 entries, while back in January 2021 there were only 4,000.
The industry is quite broad. At the end of 2021, the total revenue of only 100 largest players amounted to 1.945 trillion RUR, and according to other sources - 2.77 trillion RUR. The first positions in the annual rating are traditionally occupied by distributors of equipment: PCs, servers, data storage systems, etc. Next come the developers of software and gaming applications, suppliers of digital and cloud services, and software.
