Demo day of the "MKB Reactor"
On March 16, Credit Bank of Moscow (MKB) and GenerationS held a demo day as part of the "MKB Reactor" business accelerator. The first pool of fintech startups that successfully passed the acceleration stage presented their projects.
The projects proposed for evaluation by the jury are aimed at improving the bank's customer service and automating processes: a video analytics system in offices, a robotic system for client calls, a system for analyzing conversations with clients in a contact center, and others.
The MKB will continue working with all the finalists, allocating the necessary funds for the completion of pilot projects. Based on the results of the pilots, the number of projects will be identified to get the opportunity for a long-term cooperation with the bank.
