Mapping Corporate Innovation Ecosystems: Key stakeholders and tools

During the session we discussed main and effective  instruments to build innovation ecosystem, talked about value and benefits it can give to all the parties involved and shared the case of one of Russia’s key players in the transport industry. We heard firsthand how one big company contributes to the innovation ecosystem development in Russia and why it’s important to support the startup community.
